Motherhood, I’m learning, is the gift of giving oneself to another through ordinary moments and rarely glamorous means. The treasure is in finding the sacred hidden in these moments, which fill you in a way you’ve never been filled before because there’s something of the Divine here - a collaboration you can’t deny, His strength and His nurturing nature flowing through you. And extraordinary to think, this comes whether you recognize Him at all. I think they call that grace.
